Join the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society for an evening of professional protection, pilot brews, and panoramic views!

We are pairing up for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at the industrial safety infrastructure and operational excellence of Rochester’s historic landmark brewery, followed by a relaxed networking happy hour overlooking High Falls.

⏱️ Timeline of Events: 

• 5:00-5:15 | Meet at the Brewery Security Office on the Second Floor for Check in.
• 5:15-5:45 | Kick off the evening with a brief, high-level overview detailing the unique hazards of commercial brewing operations (confined spaces, chemical safety in clean-in-place systems, and ammonia refrigeration).
• 5:45-6:45 | A guided walk focusing on the engineering controls, hazard communication, and unique risk management parameters involved in a high-volume commercial brewing facility.
• 7-8 | Post-Tour Pints & Partnerships
